Our process is designed to be simple. Here's what to expect from first conversation through project completion.

  • You share the property, portfolio, or objective. We listen and ask the right questions.

  • We visit the property, capture detailed photos, and assess the full scope…so you don't have to be there if you don’t want to be.

  • We build a comprehensive scope with recommendations and options based on your rent or resale goals.

  • We walk through the scope together, answer questions, and refine based on your feedback.

  • Once approved, we build a project schedule and move quickly into execution.

  • Our team manages the full renovation from start to finish, with updates at whatever level of involvement you prefer.

  • If applicable, we coordinate directly with our real estate team for photos, listing prep, and marketing.

  • We stay involved through inspections and closing to make sure nothing stalls at the finish line.
